Fit & Flourish is a wellness app that helps you follow a 12-week body toning plan, track your progress and check in with how you're feeling. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
Fit & Flourish stores health and fitness related information you provide, including your workout logs, body measurements, optional weight and optional progress photos. We also store your name and email, your plan start date, your equipment setting (gym or home), your meal swap choices, and the energy, sleep and mood ratings in your daily check-ins, plus your workout completion records.
Your information is used to show your plan, track your progress, and display your journey back to you. We do not sell your personal data. Your data is stored and processed by the service providers that host and run this app, solely to provide it to you.
Your progress entries, starting point, photos, workout logs and check-ins are private to you. One user can never see another user's data.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted as described in the "Request Account Deletion" page.
Fit & Flourish gives general fitness and nutrition information, not medical advice. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise or eating plan, and stop and seek help if you feel unwell during any activity.
You can delete your data in the app at Profile, Settings, Delete my account. This removes your profile, progress, photos, workout logs and check-ins and signs you out. Your login record (your email address) is removed when you email us to ask, and we will do this within 7 days. See the Request Account Deletion page for more detail.
